All sales are considered final. As such, we do not accept any requests for cancellation of orders or refund of payments already made.

For exchange requests, please promptly contact us at thecocobearph@gmail.com within 24 hours from the date of delivery of your order. Requests sent beyond this 24-hour grace period will not be entertained save for exceptional circumstances.

We will send you an email confirmation with our return address if your item is eligible for exchange and a replacement is available on hand. For safety and hygienic purposes, we do not accept exchanges for any of the baby toys and socks in our collections. 

We allow a maximum period of 10 days for you to ship back the item for exchange to us. Please make sure that the item is in marketable condition, unwashed, and with complete tags.

Once our team has checked and deemed the item to be eligible for exchange, the replacement will be shipped to your delivery address within 1-2 business days. Otherwise, the original item will be returned to the sender within the same period. At both instances, the customer shall be responsible for the payment of the shipping fees.
