Shipping
Non-custom orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days after payment is made. However, this may take longer during sale periods, holidays, and/or extreme weather conditions. Once processed, your order will be dispatched the following business day.
For a custom order, the lead time is 10 business days after payment to process and prepare it for shipping. We accept rush order requests for an additional fee, subject to our current production timeline and volume of orders.
